ICSSA MLK Essay Contest Winner!

Carver third grader Brown Tarr won second place in the 3rd & 4th grade division for the paper that he wrote for the MLK Essay Contest sponsored by the Iowa Commission on the Status of African Americans. Awards were presented at a recognition ceremony held at the Botanical Center on January 19th.
